By accessing or using Miningi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Miningi is a South African entertainment and events platform that connects users with local venues, events, entertainers, and things to do. We provide venue owners, entertainers, and other partners with tools to manage their listings, publish events, and engage with their audience.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Platform's operation
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without authorisation

5. Listings and Content

Venue owners and entertainers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Miningi reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Cancellation policies are specified at the point of purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Miningi Portal (PTY) Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Miningi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
